Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
WebClicky (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through webclicky.com, why we collect it and how we look after it, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to give us, which may include:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your business name and current website
- any information you include in your message
When you send the contact form, we also record the date, time and IP address of the submission to help prevent spam and abuse.
How we use your information
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and, if you become a client, to deliver and support our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, for clients, the performance of a contract.
We will never sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
Cookies
This website uses a single essential session cookie to keep the contact form secure. It does not contain personal information and is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers. You can read Google’s privacy policy for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months if you do not become a client. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting requirements (usually six years).
Who we share it with
We only share information with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as our website host and email provider, and only as needed. They are required to keep your information secure.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to request a copy of it. To make a request, email info@webclicky.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
